Undrgrnd App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Undrgrnd mobile application ("App") provided by Fantastic Solutions LLC ("Company"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Age Requirement:

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age to throw a party or attend one in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. Use of the App:

(a) You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. (b) You acknowledge that the events listed on the App are organized and managed by users, and Company does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of these events. (c) You understand and agree that Company is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur at events listed on the App. Attend events at your own risk.

 

3. User Content:

(a) You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or submit through the App ("User Content"), but by uploading, posting, or submitting User Content, you grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the App. (b) You agree not to upload, post, or submit any User Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent rights.

4. Copyright Policy:

(a) Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the App to do the same. (b) If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through the App, please contact Company's designated Copyright Agent at [hello@fantasticmode.com] with the following information: i. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. ii. A description of where the infringing material is located on the App. iii. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address. iv. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. v. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

5. Intellectual Property:

(a) The App, including its design, interface, user experience, and all content and materials provided therein, are the copyrighted property of Fantastic Solutions LLC. (b) You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the App, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent from Company.

At Fantastic Solutions LLC, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our users. While Undrgrnd provides a platform for users to discover and organize events, we emphasize the importance of responsible behavior and adherence to local laws and regulations.
