Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fantastic Solutions, LLC. These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of undrgrnd.social (the "Service") operated by Fantastic Solutions, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which include our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or guidelines published by us.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and fully capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
 

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Our Service may allow users to submit, post, upload, or otherwise share content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, distribute, reproduce, and display the content.
 

3.1 Content Guidelines

We prohibit any User Content that:

  • Contains violence, harassment, or hate speech.

  • Promotes or contains pornographic material.

  • Engages in any illegal activities or encourages illegal behavior.

  • Violates any intellectual property rights.

  • Spreads misinformation or false information.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
 

3.2 Moderation and Reporting

Users are responsible for the content they post. However, we have a content moderation system in place that allows users to:

  • Flag content they find inappropriate.

  • Block abusive users to prevent further interactions.

We review flagged content and take action within 24 hours, which may include removing the content or banning users who violate our guidelines.
 

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at hello@undrgrnd.social.


5. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to our End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA explicitly prohibits the posting of objectionable content, and violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.


6. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Users must adhere to the content guidelines outlined in section 3.1, and violations will result in content removal or user suspension. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently.


7. Rights and Obligations

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to share the content.

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • You agree that we may remove or refuse to post any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.


8. Intellectual Property

The content available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.


9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information from users.


10. Blocking and Suspension of Accounts

If you are found to have violated any part of these Terms, we may take any or all of the following actions:

  • Block or restrict access to your account.

  • Permanently ban you from using the Service.

  • Take legal action if necessary.


11. Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.


13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
