Our concierge uses your information to review your request, consider suitable gatherings, and contact you about your interest. Submitting a request doesn’t subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Guest lists and applications are not published on the site.

Where your information goes

Applications are stored in our database and available to authorised concierge staff. Hosting and database providers process data to operate the service. If you later make a paid reservation, Stripe handles payment details; this site does not store card numbers.

Storage in your browser

Your unfinished application is temporarily saved in this browser session so you can return to it. It is removed when you submit successfully. The concierge dashboard uses an essential sign-in cookie. This version of the site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank and close an application before submitting. To request access, correction, or deletion after submitting, contact the concierge using the channel that responds to your introduction. A dedicated privacy contact and retention policy must be published before public launch.
